At Nutravita, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return any unworn and unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Return
Log into your Nutravita account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original garment tags and labels are securely attached.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
